Metro North Health is seeking a highly skilled nurse to apply advanced clinical expertise, provide leadership within a multidisciplinary team, and deliver recovery-focused, consumer-centred care in a dynamic community mental health setting.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, respond to changes in health status with advanced nursing intervention, and educate consumers and their families to promote recovery and independence.
