Job summary

Northcott Therapy in Australia is hiring a New Graduate Speech Pathologist to join a supportive multidisciplinary team. You will deliver evidence-based therapy to help children and adults achieve communication and swallowing goals, with a structured 3-month onboarding and weekly supervision.

The role offers gradual caseload growth, professional development support, and access to a broad clinical network across NSW, QLD & ACT to expand skills and confidence.

Qualifications

• A degree in Speech Pathology and SPA eligibility/registration or nearing graduation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapy to support communication and swallowing goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support clients across ages.
• Engage in supervision, professional development and clinical mentoring.
• Develop person-centred therapy plans and measure outcomes.
