ORS Group, one of the largest national allied health and workplace rehabilitation providers in Australia, is seeking a passionate new graduate Speech Pathologist. You will join a national team delivering assessments, therapy and support to participants aged 0-65, across early intervention, schools, community settings, telehealth and offices.

You will receive supervision from an experienced pathologist, with a strong emphasis on professional development, flexible work arrangements including

Qualifications

• A relevant degree in Speech Pathology.
• Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
• A genuine passion for working with individuals with disabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A drivers licence and access to a car
• A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualised therapy plans.
• Deliver high-quality speech therapy services to clients
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting as required
