Job summary

Facilitate Occupational Therapy Services in Nowra is seeking a New Graduate Occupational Therapist to join the ECOT program. The role offers a dedicated mentor, structured supervision, and opportunities to learn from clinicians across the Illawarra and Shoalhaven region.

You’ll start with a focused caseload and gradually expand your clinical scope while developing core skills in paediatrics, adults, and aged care. Travel between Nowra and Corrimal may be discussed to suit your needs.

Qualifications

• OT qualification completed or nearing completion.
• Eligibility for AHPRA registration before starting duties.
• Medicare provider eligibility when required for your role.
• Working With Children Check and National Police Check.
• Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle—travel allowance applies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver early career OT services under ECOT program and mentorship.
• Contribute to paediatrics, adult services and aged care cases.
• Collaborate with Nowra and Corrimal teams.
• Maintain documentation and reflect on practice.
