Job summary

ACTIVATE Health is seeking new graduate Accredited Exercise Physiologists for full-time positions in Rockhampton and Yeppoon. You will join a structured new graduate program with a comprehensive preceptorship and mentorship to kickstart your clinical career.

You will work alongside an experienced team of AEPs, benefit from extended training, and participate in weekly mentor sessions and case conferences to develop skills across musculoskeletal, oncology, and cardio respiratory care.

Qualifications

• New graduate program with preceptorship on-site alongside experienced AEPs.
• Mentorship and ongoing professional growth through the program.
• Opportunity to gain ESSA Accreditation as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.

Responsibilities

• Complete the New Graduate Preceptorship Program with time shadowing and report writing guidance.
• Participate in fortnightly health practitioner case conferences with in-house AEP/Physio/OT presentations.
• Work within purpose-built facilities and a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centred care.
