RELX INC is seeking an Account Manager – New Business Development to drive growth across clinical and higher education institutions in Australia. You will identify and secure new business, expand existing customer relationships, and manage a strategic, direct sales process within a matrixed organisation.

Reporting to the Head of eSales ANZ, this permanent, full‑time role is ideally based in Brisbane or Sydney, with a hybrid home/office arrangement and domestic and occasional international

Formación

• 5 years’ experience in account management or consultative sales.
• Experience in healthcare and/or academic markets.
• Experience in new-business development, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
• Ability to interact with CTOs and Deans.
• Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsabilidades

• Drive new sales growth across digital clinical and education solutions.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new business with new customers.
• Cross-sell and expand within existing accounts.
• Build relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Run the full customer cycle; discovery, qualification, solution design, and close.
