Job summary

Wolters Kluwer Health is seeking a high-performing Clinical Account Manager to join our Australian Health team, based in Brisbane. You will manage strategic healthcare accounts across Queensland, driving renewal and new business across UpToDate, Lexidrug and Expert AI.

You will build executive relationships, navigate government procurement, and lead complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or account management experience.
• Proven track record meeting sales targets in enterprise health IT.
• Experience with government or public sector accounts in Australia.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within Queensland and other territories.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic healthcare accounts across Queensland and other territories.
• Drive renewal and new business revenue across UpToDate, Lexidrug, and Expert AI.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans and forecast regularly.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and adoption.
