Job summary

Device Technologies is seeking a driven sales professional to lead the NSW neuro-interventional portfolio, building our presence with hospitals and key accounts across NSW. You will manage the NSW territory, establish KOLs, and collaborate with the broader team to execute territory plans, ensuring long-term relationships and sustained growth in a rapidly evolving clinical market.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (>5 years) in sales and territory management, specifically in medical device sales.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule with occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the NSW territory to drive growth across established and new accounts to achieve the annual NSW INR budget.
• Establish KOLs and build relationships to help drive our presence in key accounts and within the market to facilitate peer to peer selling across ANZ.
• Manage key accounts and target customers.
• Understand and attend to customers needs, to build long term relationships.
• Add vibrance and energy to the INR culture.
• Develop sales strategies and tactics in conjunction with the BM, ensuring alignment to the approved marketing plan; as well as implementation of these strategies and tactics.
• Plan and support principal visits in assigned territory.
• Maintain accurate customer account records and customer data base including customer targeting.
• Establish centres of excellence where our technology and capability can be on display.
• Collaborate with Business Management to ensure execution of territory neuro-interventional sales plans.
• Support and collaborate with other Product Specialists.
• Drive team engagement and morale through effective communication and continuous improvement. Create and actively drive/reinforce a high performance and employee engagement culture, espouse, develop our organisational values and culture
