Job summary

The role includes leading major incident calls, performing root cause analysis, integrating with AWS and Azure, mentoring engineers, and driving operational excellence across the network platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise networking experience.
• In-depth knowledge of routing, switching, wireless, security, SD-WAN, and cloud networking.
• Experience designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing large networks.
• Ability to lead incident management and RCA.

Responsibilities

• Design and support enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and data center networks.
• Configure and troubleshoot BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPN, GRE, and SD-WAN.

The role involves designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing enterprise network environments while serving as the highest technical escalation point for complex issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and support enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Data Center networks.
• Configure and troubleshoot BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPN, GRE, and SD-WAN technologies.
• Manage switching technologies including VLANs, STP, VXLAN-EVPN, and Cisco Nexus platforms.
• Support and optimize enterprise Wi-Fi/WLAN environments.
• Integrate and manage networking solutions across AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Provide Level-3 support, lead major incident (P1) calls, and perform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
