Job summary

Unearth Talent is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join a Federal Government ICT environment, focusing on enterprise networks, cloud infrastructure and security. You will design, implement and maintain network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, data centre and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with enterprise networking technologies, including Cisco, HPE Aruba, Fortinet and Palo Alto.
• Strong routing, switching, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and firewall management.
• Experience with Azure and AWS cloud networking; ability to create design docs and procurement evaluations.

The Opportunity:

What we're looking for:

• Extensive experience with enterprise networking technologies, including Cisco, HPE Aruba, Fortinet and Palo Alto.
• Strong expertise in routing, switching, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs and firewall management.
• Demonstrated experience in network monitoring, troubleshooting, automation and performance optimisation.
• Strong understanding of network security, vulnerability management and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS cloud networking.
• Experience preparing technical documentation, network designs and procurement evaluations.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE or AWS Certified Advanced Networking will be highly regarded.
