  • Support collaboration service deployments and ongoing operation across network bearers, including Network Address Translation (NAT) traversal of Voice over IP (VoIP) and Video Teleconference (VTC) protocols
  • Generate Configuration Management Database (CMDB) inputs and pass Network Configuration Item (CI) state changes to the Configuration Manager

  • IT Service Management certification
  • 5+ years of network industry IT experience, relevant military experience, or a combination of both. Alternatively, a tertiary degree or vocational qualifications in a closely related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience configuring routing, switching, and firewall technologies such as Cisco IOS under change control

  • An unrestricted ability to deploy to Australian Defence Force (ADF) military installations in support of training activities and events
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with technical peers and frontline IT leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct yourself in a manner reflective of ADF values
