Queensland Government seeks a Lead Neonatal Services professional to provide visible clinical leadership for a Level 4 neonatal unit in Central Queensland. You will support a dedicated nursing team, drive best-practice care, and contribute to governance and education across the unit.

You will mentor staff, lead service improvement, and manage rostering, data analysis, and resource planning to ensure safe, patient-centred care in a busy maternity environment across Rockhampton region.

Qualifications

• Current NMBA registration with AHPRA is essential.
• Advanced neonatal knowledge and practice with outcomes.
• Operational management experience and strong leadership.
