Qualifications

• Demonstrate advanced specialist knowledge, experience, and clinical skills in Neonatal Services.
• Practice in accordance with code of ethics, professional standards and legislation affecting nursing practice.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and reasoning, advanced problem-solving skills and expert clinical judgement in relation to Neonatal Services.
• Responsible for the professional development of self and others utilising contemporary practice in the delivery of improved standards of care.
