Job summary

Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service in Rockhampton operates a CSCF level 4 maternity service with a neonatal nursery. You will deliver family-integrated neonatal care through a multidisciplinary team within a culturally aware context.

We seek a compassionate RN with AHPRA registration and at least two years in neonatal care, committed to evidence-based practice and ongoing learning. There is a strong emphasis on education, leadership and flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration is mandatory.
• At least two years in neonatal nursing or a relevant neonatal qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality neonatal care as part of a collaborative team.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate baby and family care.
• Support patient and family education and contribute to a learning environment.
• Demonstrate clinical leadership and neonatal nursing capability.
