Qualifications
- Registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA and a current practising certificate are mandatory.
- Ideally, two years of neonatal nursing experience or a relevant neonatal qualification would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, holistic neonatal care within a collaborative interdisciplinary team.
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for babies and their families.
- Respond promptly to changes in clinical condition and contribute to evidence-based practice.
- Support patient and family education and contribute to a positive learning environment.
- Develop clinical leadership and neonatal nursing capability.
