Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA and current practising certificate.
• Two years of neonatal nursing experience preferred.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, holistic neonatal care in the Special Care Nursery.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for babies and families.
• Respond to changes in clinical condition and escalate when needed.
• Support patient and family education and learning.
• Contribute to a positive learning environment and neonatal leadership.
