You will deliver holistic neonatal care within a collaborative interdisciplinary team, assessing and planning care for babies and families while supporting education and leadership development.

Registration with AHPRA and a current practising certificate are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA and a current practising certificate is mandatory.
• Ideally, at least two years of neonatal nursing experience.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality neonatal care in a family-integrated model.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for babies and families.
• Support patient and family education and contribute to a positive learning environment.
• Develop clinical leadership and neonatal nursing capability within the team.
