Job summary

Sunrise Health Service Aboriginal Corporation seeks an experienced NDIS Team Leader to drive delivery and growth of disability services across remote Aboriginal communities. You will lead a dedicated NDIS team, manage funding, budgets and compliance, and strengthen partnerships with participants, families and community stakeholders.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Business Manager, the role emphasizes culturally safe, person-centred support and program development in the NT’s Big Rivers region.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in a similar NDIS/RCC role.
• Experience with NDIS, mental health or disability sector, preferably in an Aboriginal community.
• Current unrestricted driver's licence.
• Non-adverse National Criminal History Check.
• Current NT OCHRE clearance.
• Right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow Sunrise's NDIS services across Sunrise communities.
• Oversee NDIS funding agreements, budgets, compliance and reporting.
• Support program audits, quality improvement and compliance activities.
• Build strong relationships with participants, families, carers, guardians and stakeholders.
• Act as a key link between the NDIA, Sunrise communities and service provider agencies.
• Coordinate monthly NDIS billing against participant plans.
• Support staff performance, wellbeing, orientation and development.
