Job summary

Decent Care Pty Ltd is seeking dedicated disability support workers to provide high-quality, person-centered care across Mornington Peninsula, Frankston, Cranbourne, St Kilda and Windsor regions.

You’ll assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and community engagement while delivering consistent support to the same participants. A valid screening check and First Aid/CPR can be obtained if not already held.

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (required or willing to obtain)
• Smartphone for rostering and reporting
• Willingness to obtain First Aid & CPR certification
• Certificate III/IV in Disability preferred but not strictly required

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: showering, dressing, toileting, medication support, mobility
• Daily living support: meal prep, cleaning, laundry, household tasks
• Community engagement: accompany to social outings, GP visits, recreation
• SIL & overnight support: sleepover/overnight duties
• Skill development & therapy support: assist with implementing strategies under professional guidance
• Safety & wellbeing: monitor progress, report incidents, uphold dignity and independence
