Job summary

Advantage Healthcare Support seeks an experienced Disability Support Worker to join our Melbourne team. You will provide person-centred support to participants with complex needs, helping maintain independence, wellbeing and quality of life.

This casual role offers flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays, with two-hour service blocks and competitive hourly pay. A strong emphasis on safety, communication and community involvement will help clients achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to provide 2-hour services.
• Available across weekdays and weekends.
• Full Australian driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Valid First Aid & CPR certificates.
• Working with Children Check (WWCC).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS clients.
• Assist with daily living, personal care, domestic tasks, transport, and community access.
• Support clients attending appointments and engaging in social activities.
• Plan and accompany clients on outings and activities.
• Work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (on-call flexibility required).
• Perform Disability Support Worker and Assistant in Nursing (AIN) duties.
