Lojic Institute invites applications for roles in its Supported Independent Living services across Ballina and Lismore. The position supports individuals with disabilities and psychosocial needs, with shifts including day, sleepover and night coverage.

You must be available through the 2026 Christmas and New Year period. Preferred qualifications include a Certificate 3 in Individual Support, and experience in disability or mental health support, whether paid, voluntary or lived experience.

Qualifications

• Certificate 3 in Individual Support preferred.
• Experience supporting people with disability or mental health concerns preferred.
• Available to work through the 2026 Christmas & New Year period.

Responsabilités

• Support NDIS participants with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, medical appointments, and community access.
• Implement Individual and Behaviour Support plans, collect data, and participate in ongoing training.
• Work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, awake overnights, split shifts and weekends.
