Zusammenfassung

True Living, a Sydney-based NDIS provider, is recruiting Support Workers for our Community Access Space in WOY WOY, NSW. You will assist participants with daily living tasks and personal care, using active support principles to promote independence and wellbeing.

Ideal applicants have Certificate III in Individual Support (or be working towards), valid First Aid/ CPR, WWCC and NDIS checks, plus a smartphone for rostering. Weekend and overnight availability is required.

Qualifikationen

• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent, or working towards
• First Aid and CPR certification current
• WWCC for paid roles (or willing to obtain)
• NDIS Worker Orientation Modules completed (or willing)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing)

Aufgaben

• Assist individuals with daily living activities including personal care, eating and hygiene
• Support communication to ensure participants are heard and understood
• Work with high physical support needs and behaviours of concern per policies
• Maintain accurate documentation and data collection
• Collaborate with team to ensure high-quality service delivery
