Job summary

Community Solutions Group is seeking an NDIS Support Coordinator in Maryborough to help participants achieve greater independence by assessing needs and coordinating supports within their NDIS plans.

You will build strong relationships with participants, families and providers, manage billing targets and maintain accurate case notes, using Excel and other IT tools. This full-time role offers a supportive environment with up-skilling opportunities and salary packaging benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with the NDIS and understanding of Plans/Budgets.
• Experience with billing targets and case noting.
• High level administration experience and IT skills (Excel).
• People person with ability to motivate participants and families and with service providers.
• Customer service mindset with strong communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with participants, their families and external service providers.
• Driving as required to visit participants.
• Helping participants to negotiate with providers about what they will offer and understanding the cost from their NDIS budget.
• Working with billable hours and targets.
• Ensuring service agreements are completed.
• Taking a holistic approach to capacity building and helping participants address barriers.
