Job summary

Randstad invites applications for an APS3 Participant Support Officer in Katoomba, NSW. This full-time, onsite position runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, for a 12-month assignment with potential extensions.

The role supports NDIS participants, their families and carers, handling front-d desk duties, enquiries, data entry and administration to ensure smooth local office operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct counter and reception support to participants and visitors
• Assist participants with self-help kiosks, online portals, and general scheme enquiries
• Manage and resolve participant matters by completing action items and planning tasks per NDIS Act
• Coordinate office appointments and oversee the team's shared email inbox
• Perform basic research, prepare routine reports, update customer records and data entry
• Receive, record and process participant feedback and complaints within business systems
