Job summary

Select Aust Sydney in Traralgon, VIC, is seeking two Participant Support Officers for a 12-month full-time contract. The role is onsite, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm, paying $38.89 per hour plus super. You will be the face of the local office, guiding NDIS participants and assisting with digital self-help tools.

Qualifications

• Front-of-house and reception experience required.
• Ability to assist participants using online tools and kiosks.
• Understanding of policy guidance related to NDIS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver counter and reception support to participants.
• Manage office tasks and coordinate schedules.
• Respond to inquiries and provide referrals to services.
• Coordinate data entry and maintain records.
• Process participant feedback and complaints.
