Job summary

Randstad in Traralgon, VIC is seeking two APS3 Participant Support Officers to provide front‑of‑house, administrative and participant support services in a local government client environment.

Work Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm, onsite, 12‑month assignment with pay rate $38.89 per hour plus super. You will assist participants with NDIS tools, coordinate daily operations and deliver welcoming, professional service to the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in admin and customer service roles.
• Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
• Ability to assist participants using online tools and kiosks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver front‑of‑house reception support and assist participants with self‑help kiosks and portals.
• Manage inquiries, provide accurate referrals to services, and maintain records.
• Coordinate appointments, manage shared mailboxes and day‑to‑day office operations.
• Enter data accurately, prepare routine reports and track follow‑up actions.
• Record and process participant feedback and complaints.
