Job summary

Gippsland Care Collective is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver NDIS OT assessments, therapy, and capacity-building in Bairnsdale and Gippsland. The role supports participants to build independence and confidence in daily life, with sessions at ESports Collective, in the community, or at home.

New graduates and experienced clinicians are welcome. Visa sponsorship is considered for the right candidate, and a flexible, negotiable employment basis is offered.

Qualifications

• An AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist, or overseas-qualified and eligible for registration.
• New graduates and experienced clinicians welcome.
• A valid Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check are required.
• Visa sponsorship considered for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• OT assessment, therapy and capacity-building support tailored to each participant's NDIS goals.
• Based at 58 Macleod Street, Bairnsdale, delivering supports at ESports Collective, in the community, or in participants' homes across Gippsland.
• Support the growth of a growing allied health service with supervision and a manageable caseload for newer clinicians.
