Job summary

HealthcareLink Pty Ltd. seeks an Occupational Therapist in the Melbourne area to support NDIS clients. The role offers a flexible mix of community outreach, telehealth, and centre-based care and is suitable for new graduates through a 12‑month program.

The position requires AHPRA registration, WWCC, NDIS screening, Police Check, and a current driver’s licence. A generous benefits package accompanies the role.

Qualifications

• Must hold a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and be registered with AHPRA.
• WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening and Police Check are required.
• Driver's licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
• Professional indemnity and public liability insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat a diverse client base including paediatric and adult cases.
• Assist clients to achieve NDIS goals and functional outcomes.
• Conduct comprehensive AT assessments and make recommendations.
• Produce clear, timely clinical reports.
• Manage a varied caseload and meet clinical targets.
• Collaborate with families, referrers and stakeholders; engage in supervision.
