Job summary

North West Disability Services (NWDS) is seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to drive service delivery across our network. You will lead a team of Site Managers, translate strategy into practical outcomes and ensure outstanding participant support on a daily basis.

You will oversee performance, lead change initiatives, and identify growth opportunities while upholding NDIS Practice Standards and organisational requirements.

Qualifications

• Extensive operational leadership experience across multiple sites.
• Proven track record of cost-effective operations and financial oversight.
• Strong knowledge of the NDIS sector.
• Ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

• Lead and support Site Managers across service locations.
• Build capable, engaged and high-performing teams.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Monitor financial performance, utilisation and service sustainability.
