A3 Support is a small, growing NDIS allied health and community services provider based in Baulkham Hills, delivering Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, and Community / Individual Support services across clinic, home, school, and community settings in Western Sydney. We move fast, back our team, and give people ownership over the areas they lead.

We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to lead our referral growth across Western Sydney.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship management in NDIS, allied health, disability, or aged care preferred.
• Confident on the phone with inbound/outbound calls and field work.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, able to own your pipeline.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management with clinicians, coordinators, and families.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources across Western Sydney (Support Coordinators, LACs, Plan Managers, GPs, allied health providers).
• Call and follow up inbound enquiries; outbound calls to warm and cold leads.
• Convert enquiries and referrals into booked participants, managing from first contact to handover.
• Represent A3 at local networking events, provider expos, and community touchpoints.
• Identify new referral and partnership opportunities across the region.
• Report on pipeline activity, call outcomes, and conversions.

A3 Support is a small, growing NDIS allied health and community services provider based in Baulkham Hills, delivering Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, and Community / Individual Support services across clinic, home, school, and community settings in Western Sydney. As a growing small business, we move fast, back our team, and give people who join us real ownership over the areas they lead.

We're a small team, which means you'll work directly with the management, see the direct impact of every relationship you build, and have real say in how the growth function is shaped as we scale.

We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to lead our referral growth across Western Sydney. This is a part-time role working from our Baulkham Hills clinic and out in the field - you'll be the face of A3 Support.

This is a hands-on BDM role. You'll be building the referral network and getting on the phone yourself - not just managing a strategy from a distance.

What you'll be doing

Build and maintain relationships with Support Coordinators, LACs, Plan Managers, GPs, allied health providers, and other referral sources across Western Sydney

Call and follow up inbound enquiries generated through our Facebook ad campaigns, and make outbound calls to warm and cold leads

Convert enquiries and referrals into confirmed bookings, owning the process from first contact through to handover

Represent A3 at local networking events, provider expos, and community touchpoints to build our profile and pipeline

Identify new referral and partnership opportunities across the region

Report on pipeline activity, call outcomes, and conversion results

What we're looking for

Proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship management - NDIS, allied health, disability, or aged care background highly regarded

Confident and comfortable on the phone - this role involves regular inbound and outbound calling, not just relationship-building at events

Self-motivated and target-driven, comfortable owning your own pipeline

Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, able to represent A3 professionally with clinicians, coordinators, and families

Current driver's licence and willingness to travel locally for meetings and events

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) and Working with Children Check

What's on offer

$70,000 - $90,000 + Super + Commissions

Conversion bonus of $80–$120 for every qualified referral or lead that converts into a booked participant - uncapped.

Part-time / Full Time: 3 days per week, approx. 9:30am–6:00pm with flexible timing, with genuine potential to move into a full-time role quickly if you're the right fit

Based at our Baulkham Hills clinic with regular time in the field meeting referral partners

Travel allowance for local meetings

Work directly with the Director - real ownership of the growth function, with room to shape how it's done
