Qualifications

• Bachelor/Masters in Business Administration with specialization in strategic management.
• Australian Valid License is a Must.
• Experience in strategic planning is preferred and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and promote growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with NDIS participants, families and referrers.
• Develop programs and services to generate revenue and monitor performance.
• Launch strategic plans and monitor progress to meet objectives.
• Prepare budgets and track expenses to hit revenue targets.
• Engage with hospitals, health departments and NDIS to obtain referrals for SDA and SIL.
• Contribute to the company vision and adapt strategies based on feedback.
