Plan and Support Services is hiring a Customer Care (Contact Centre) team member to help people with disability navigate NDIS plans across Australia. You will speak with participants, nominees and providers by phone, email and live chat, aiming to resolve issues on the first contact.

The role is part-time with pro rata salary of $65,000 plus 12% super, up to $70,000 plus 12% super for experienced candidates.

Competenze

• Experience in customer service, ideally in disability-related roles.
• Ability to listen and respond with clarity and respect.
• Strong communication across phone, email and live chat.

• Speak with NDIS participants, nominees and service providers across Australia via phone, email and live chat.
• Resolve enquiries and issues on first contact where possible.
