Endeavour Foundation in Brisbane is seeking an NDIS Coordinator to support customers, families and stakeholders through the NDIS journey, helping them understand and maximise their plans, prepare for planning and review meetings, and ensure goals and support needs are clearly represented.
You will build strong relationships, advocate for customers, coordinate with service delivery teams, and manage a caseload while keeping customers at the centre of decisions.

As an NDIS Coordinator, you’ll work closely with our customers, their families and key stakeholders to support them throughout their NDIS journey.
You’ll use your knowledge of the NDIS to help customers understand and maximise their plans, prepare for planning and review meetings, and ensure their goals and support needs are clearly represented.
Building strong relationships will be at the heart of your role. You’ll advocate for customers, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and help identify the right services and supports to enable customers to achieve their goals and maximise their independence.

You’ll be confident building relationships with customers, families and stakeholders and comfortable navigating complex situations. You’re organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities while ensuring customers remain at the centre of your decisions.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
You will be required to undertake a "Fit2Work" National Criminal History Check and hold or be willing to obtain a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
