Endeavour Foundation in Oaklands Park SA is seeking a Career Development Advisor to help people with intellectual disability secure meaningful employment. You will engage with participants, identify suitable job opportunities through employer partnerships, and drive sustainable outcomes.
You will build relationships with employers, balance participant goals with workforce needs, and contribute to meeting KPIs while maintaining accurate program records.

As a Career Development Advisor within our Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program in Oaklands Park SA, you’ll help people with intellectual disability secure meaningful and sustainable employment.
You’ll work closely with participants to understand their strengths and employment goals, while proactively building relationships with local employers to identify and secure suitable opportunities.
This is an outcomes-focused role combining participant engagement, employer partnerships and business development to create successful, long-term employment outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you will have:
You will be required to undertake a “Fit2Work” National Criminal History Check and hold or be willing to obtain a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
