As a Career Development Advisor within our Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program in Oaklands Park SA, you’ll help people with intellectual disability secure meaningful and sustainable employment.
You’ll work closely with participants to understand their strengths and employment goals, while proactively building relationships with local employers to identify and secure suitable opportunities.
This is an outcomes-focused role combining participant engagement, employer partnerships and business development to create successful, long-term employment outcomes.
You’re an engaging and proactive relationship builder who enjoys connecting with people and creating opportunities. You’ll be confident approaching employers, developing new business relationships and building genuine connections with participants.
You’ll bring resilience, strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach, with the ability to balance participant goals with employer needs.
You will be required to undertake a “Fit2Work” National Criminal History Check and hold or be willing to obtain a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
