Job summary

Gladstone Community Linking Agency Inc. is seeking Dual Aged Care & NDIS Support Workers in Rockhampton to assist clients at home and in SDA settings. You will provide personal care, meal prep, transport, social participation and medication support as part of an empathetic, person-centred team.

The role covers both disability services and aged care, with ongoing training and a supportive workplace culture. A 24/7 roster is required, including sleepover shifts, across Central Queensland.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for supporting older people and people living with disability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)
• Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• Current Australian Driver Licence
• Reliable, comprehensively insured motor vehicle
• Willingness to work across a 24/7 roster, including sleepover shifts

Dual Aged Care & NDIS Support Workers Rockhampton

Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? GCLA seeks compassionate, reliable and flexible Support Workers to join our growing Rockhampton team.

This role provides support across both NDIS Disability Services and Aged Care, including Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), helping customers live safely, independently and with dignity.

About the Role

As a Dual Aged Care & NDIS Support Worker you will:

• Personal care and daily living assistance

• Domestic assistance and meal preparation

This role will support customers living in the community as well as customers residing in Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA).

Working Hours

This role operates on a 24/7 roster. Applicants must have broad availability, including:

• Weekdays and weekends

• Public holidays

• Early mornings, afternoons and evenings

• Overnight and sleepover shifts

Preference will be given to applicants who can demonstrate genuine flexibility and ongoing availability.

Essential Requirements
