Solutions-driven and confident in challenging inefficient workflows or outdated approaches to improve outcomes.
Comfortable navigating and building strong working relationships within a matrixed, cross-functional team environment, while remaining exceptionally well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a deadline-driven setting.
