Job summary

Labourpower Recruitment Services Pty Ltd on behalf of our client is seeking a National WHS & Environmental Manager to lead safety and environmental programs across ANZ sites. This role reports to the COO and will drive risk management, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in WHS and strong experience in heavy industry, ports, and logistics. A dynamic, multi-site environment is offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in WHS with national/multi-site senior role.
• Experience in ports, stevedoring, container logistics, road transport or similar heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of harmonised WHS laws and related regulations.
• Experience leading incident investigations and regulator inspections.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety leadership and strategy across sites.
• Own the safety and environmental management systems.
• Lead control of critical risk management and incident investigations.
• Manage workers' compensation and injury management processes.
