Job summary

Speedo is seeking a National Sales Manager to lead wholesale sales across Australia, shaping the national strategy and driving sales and GP% targets. You will build strong customer partnerships and guide the national sales team and agents to delivery against ambitious objectives.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Product and Marketing to forecast seasons, select ranges, and optimize pricing and core buys for sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in state or national sales leadership.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Strong strategic selling and relationship management.
• Ability to lead and develop a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national wholesale sales strategy aligned with brand objectives.
• Lead, motivate and develop the national sales team and agents with budgets and KPIs.
• Build strategic relationships with key accounts and negotiate terms.
• Directly manage Amazon and Big W accounts.
• Monitor market trends and identify new customers and channels.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Product, Marketing and Planning on forecasts and pricing.
• Drive brand representation and promotions across wholesale customers.
• Foster a high-performing sales culture with reporting and communication.
