GEODIS is seeking a National Transport Manager in Sydney (Arndell Park) to lead an implants team, deliver end-to-end customer service, and drive operational improvements across a national network. Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in a Supply Chain and Operational Supervision.

Responsabilités

• Direct line management of the Implant Team
• Identify areas for improvement, and drive change both internally & externally
• Assist with the development & training of existing and new team members
• Ensure the operational staff deliver efficiencies
• Complete end-to-end customer service functions, including liaison with relevant GEODIS offices, both locally, Interstate and overseas
• Work with the Key Account Manager & Business unit Manager to create and implement strategies
• Build and maintain internal SOPs where/when necessary
• Lead & organise Customer meetings (de-brief + focus items for the week ahead)
