Job summary

Winc, a leading Australian office and workplace solutions provider, seeks a National Transport Manager to lead a dispersed transport operation and drive a national network strategy. You will manage safety, performance, contracts and supplier relationships while steering sustainability initiatives.

Based in NSW, you will partner with IT, Sales and CX to improve customer outcomes and operational efficiency across metro, regional and remote markets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading a geographically dispersed transport operation.
• Proven track record delivering daily service and multi-year network strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead transport safety, incident management and corrective actions.
• Oversee national transport operations and DIFOT performance.
• Develop medium‑term transport network strategy and route optimisation.
• Manage carrier contracts, rate cards and service delivery.
• Lead National Vending and contractor operations.
• Drive sustainability and EV adoption in transport.
