Job summary

REMONDIS is seeking a National Tender Manager to lead the preparation and submission of major municipal and government tenders, driving long‑term growth across our collections and processing operations. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams and deliver competitive bids that meet strategic objectives.

Ideal candidates will have a Finance/Commerce degree, at least 5 years in tendering within infrastructure contexts, and strong Excel and stakeholder engagement skills to influence senior

• Minimum 5 years' tendering experience, preferably in industrial or infrastructure settings.
• Strong knowledge of government procurement processes.
• Exceptional written communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented and commercially focused.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and administrative capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate municipal and government tender submissions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver competitive, high-quality bids.
• Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities and new markets.
• Manage tender approvals and present key commercial recommendations to senior leadership.
• Work closely with operational teams to support successful contract implementation.

About You

• Degree in Finance, Commerce, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in tendering, ideally within an industrial or infrastructure environment.
• Strong understanding of government procurement processes.
• Exceptional written communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and commercially focused.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong administrative capabilities.
