Job summary

REMONDIS is a global leader in environmental services with a strong Australian presence. The National Municipal/Government Tendering Manager will oversee major tender submissions, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver competitive bids that support growth in municipal and government sectors.

The role requires a finance/commerce/logistics/operations background, at least 5 years in tendering, and a solid grasp of government procurement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Commerce, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in tendering, ideally within an industrial or infrastructure environment.
• Strong understanding of government procurement processes.
• Exceptional written communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and commercially focused.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong administrative capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate municipal and government tender submissions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver competitive, high-quality bids.
• Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities and new markets.
• Manage tender approvals and present key commercial recommendations to senior leadership.
• Work closely with operational teams to support successful contract implementation.
