Job summary

Based in Blacktown, NSW, as National Spare Parts Coordinator you’ll have visibility across the Australian and New Zealand operation, helping ensure the right parts are available when technicians and customers need them. There’s hands-on coordination, but that’s only part of the opportunity.

You’ll also work with inventory data, identify shortages and trends, and recommend improvements to the way stock is managed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a spare parts or inventory coordination role.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and stay organized.
• Comfortable working with inventory data.
• Strong communication with customers, suppliers and colleagues across different areas of the business.
• Strong administration and planning skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Current forklift licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement and availability of spare parts across the ANZ network.
• Receive and despatch parts as required.
• Prepare quotes and arrange customer collections.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate branch transfers.
• Identify and address emerging stock shortages.
• Monitor critical and high-turnover parts.
• Analyse stock movements, consumption and inventory trends.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in JIM.
• Coordinate stocktakes and warehouse audits.
• Manage defective or expiring stock.
• Coordinate warranty returns.
• Work with customers, suppliers and internal teams to keep deliveries on track.
• Collaborate with Service, Finance, Purchasing and Logistics teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory and admin processes.
• Recommend and implement better approaches where improvements can be made.
• Help support the broader ANZ spare parts operation.
