Job summary

Brandt Tractor is seeking a Parts Inventory Coordinator ANZ based in Ballarat to support Australia and New Zealand branches with inventory control, analysis, and management. You will place vendor stock orders, level stock across the Brandt network, and support stocktake processes, ensuring KPI targets are met.

Key duties include creating POs, coordinating orders via multiple channels, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize inventory levels and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience using Excel/VBA to build tools for efficiency.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes.
• Strong forecasting ability with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate across branches and respond to changing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create Purchase Orders and place orders with vendors via Dealer Business System, Vendor Portals, and Email.
• Respond to Branch requests for all required parts orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor long lead times and order items in advance to meet demand.
• Perform inventory stock leveling between branches to optimize stock levels.
• Partner with stakeholders across Brandt network to drive process improvements and adjustments to inventory levels.
• Analyze problems to root causes and implement improvements; perform other duties as assigned.
