Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience driving profitable growth and building high-performing teams.
• Proven track record in sales strategy, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset with capability in pricing and negotiations.
• Experience in electrical, residential construction, or building products is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national sales strategy aligned with Group objectives.
• Lead national sales performance, budgets, forecasts, and growth plans.
• Build and nurture executive-level relationships with major customers and channel partners.
• Oversee pricing strategies and major commercial negotiations including contracts and rebates.
• Lead and develop a high-performing national sales organisation with succession planning.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Product Management and ELT to optimise margins.
• Provide meaningful performance analysis and identify emerging customer needs.
