Job summary

Foodbank Australia is seeking an experienced partnerships professional to own a national portfolio of corporate and institutional partnerships, driving revenue growth and social impact. Reporting to the Chief Partnerships and Commercial Officer, you will manage and expand existing national partnerships across sectors including financial services, agriculture, retail and major donors.

You will lead the full lifecycle from prospecting and proposals to negotiation, activation and stewardship,

Qualifications

• Experience managing charity corporate partnerships.
• Proven success securing multi-year funding or partnership agreements.
• Experience building and managing robust sales or partnership pipelines.
• Experience developing partnership proposals and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Experience forecasting and reporting revenue.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and philanthropic partnerships.
• Build a diversified pipeline of high-value, multi-year partnerships.
• Develop tailored value propositions and partnership proposals.
• Lead negotiations, contracts, and compliance with stakeholders.
• Deliver partnership activations and revenue tracking.
