Job summary

Liberty Oil Australia is seeking a General Manager Operations to lead transport, scheduling and safety across national operations.

You will manage 6 direct reports, 200+ indirect reports and 120+ trucks, ensuring safe, reliable and commercially effective delivery of Liberty Rural’s transport operations while aligning with company objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, compliance and the ability to respond decisively to disruptions in a fast-paced fuel distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in transport or logistics.
• Experience with fleet and depot operations.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance.
• Budgeting and cost-control experience.
