Job summary

Beaumont People is seeking an experienced program or stakeholder engagement professional to lead the delivery of flagship programs and engagement initiatives across Australia. You will build partnerships, coordinate coalitions, and produce briefing materials, reports and communications for diverse stakeholders, from community groups to researchers and decision-makers, contributing to national impact.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering programs, projects or stakeholder initiatives within community engagement, partnerships, advocacy, grants, membership, policy, public affairs or similar environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination and project management capability.
• Strong written communication skills, including reports, briefings, presentations and stakeholder correspondence.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and progress initiatives from concept through to delivery.
• Sound judgement, initiative and a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Leading the delivery of flagship programs, forums and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Building and strengthening partnerships across the community, research and industry sectors.
• Coordinating coalitions, roundtables and engagement activities.
• Supporting grants, scholarship and community investment initiatives.
