Mission Australia is seeking an Engagement Experience Manager to shape how our people experience change, communication and connection across a national charity. Qualifications

• Significant experience developing and delivering communication and engagement strategies within large or complex organisations.
• Demonstrated success driving employee engagement, adoption and behavioural change across enterprise initiatives.
• Proven ability to create clear, compelling communications that simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs, workshops, eLearning and learning resources.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative, adaptable and solutions-focused approach, with strong judgement and attention to detail.
• Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise-wide engagement and adoption strategies that help employees understand, embrace and sustain change.
• Partner with project teams and business leaders to identify employee impacts and develop targeted engagement approaches.
• Create integrated communication, learning and engagement plans that drive awareness, understanding and behavioural change.
• Design employee experiences that connect organisational priorities with the needs of organisational-wide teams.
• Prepare communications, presentations, leadership briefings and key messaging that support confident engagement, understanding and adoption.
• Build strong relationships with leaders, project teams and subject matter experts to ensure consistent employee experiences.
• Translate complex business and technology initiatives into clear, engaging and actionable messages.
• Monitor engagement, communication effectiveness and adoption outcomes, using insights to continuously improve approaches.
• Champion innovation, employee voice and emerging technologies to enhance communication, engagement and learning outcomes.
